Le Centre Régional d’Investissement Béni Mellal-Khénifra, établissement public autonome doté de la personnalité morale, est placé sous la tutelle du Ministère de l’Investissement, de la Convergence et de l’Évaluation des Politiques Publiques (MICEPP) par délégation des pouvoirs du Chef de Gouvernement. Il fonctionne conformément aux dispositions de la loi 22.24 relative à la réforme des Centres Régionaux d’Investissement et à la création des Commissions Régionales Unifiées d’Investissement (CRUI).Ce cadre réglementaire renforce le rôle stratégique du CRI BMK dans la promotion et l’attraction des investissements régionaux, tout en garantissant un accompagnement personnalisé aux investisseurs et porteurs de projets, en ligne avec les priorités nationales.
